A few house rules...

Kentias are easygoing. Medium light is their sweet spot, and they’ll tolerate a shadier corner if that’s all you have. Keep them out of direct sun, which can scorch the fronds.

• Wait until the top inch of soil feels dry
• Water deeply so the roots get a proper drink
• Allow any excess to drain away
• Ease off during winter when growth slows

• Slow grower but steady
• Can reach 2 to 3 metres indoors
• Safe for pets

Delivery
Delivery is £5.99 and free on orders over £70.

Orders arrive in two to five working days. We aim to ship orders within 24 hours with next day delivery in order to reduce transit time, although sometimes dispatch may be slightly delayed depending on stock levels. All deliveries are fully tracked.

XL plants in London are hand delivered.

For everything else we ship using our trusted next day couriers.

Returns

We stand by our plants. If your plant arrives damaged, let us know within twenty four hours with a photo and we will sort a replacement or refund.

All plants come with a 14 day guarantee. If anything happens to your plant despite proper care, we will refund or send out a new one.
